Artem Lyskov, about the course:
This course is perfect for those who want to deepen their understanding of themselves and acting through the lens of performance art. It's for those who want to learn how to feel confident in front of an audience, whether it's for public speaking or performing.
The course is suitable for everyone. It offers a range of valuable skills, including public speaking techniques, strategies for dealing with nerves and stress, and the ability to convey meaning in your words. Most importantly, it helps you achieve your goals.
The course teaches you how to set and work towards goals through action. This is a fundamental principle of acting - showing determination and willpower to reach your objectives. We have secret techniques that will help you learn quickly and with pleasure.
The course is structured to go from simple to complex, focusing on practical exercises rather than theory. Daily work on roles and exercises helps to make them truly come alive, along with plenty of creative homework.
From the very first lesson, we start working on the stage! It's nerve-wracking and stressful, but that's why people come to this course - to face their fears and ultimately gain freedom and pleasure from performing!
Throughout the course, we work on one role weekly, making it more and more complex until it reaches a highly professional level. Our rehearsals aren't just about memorizing lines - they include a range of engaging improvisational exercises that allow each student to unlock their inner potential.
The course culminates in an open show in the center of New York City, which is an exciting and nerve-wracking experience that helps to solidify everything you've learned throughout the course.
