A FILM STARRING YOUR CHILDREN: CINEMARATHON
Do you like movies? And your child? Then how would you like a movie with your child in it? Many children dream of being movie stars, and we can make it happen!
CINEMARATHON is a unique course for children from 8 to 11 y/o, where they learn the acting and filming process. During 9 weeks, students develop the idea of the film, write a script for a short movie and film it with a professional film crew.
At the course's end, the premiere screening is followed by The Oscars Ceremony! The children walk on the red carpet, posing for a professional photographer, then enjoy themselves on a big screen and win the famous Golden Award. Your child will become a real movie star and filmmaker at the end of CINEMARATHON.
We prioritize an individual approach for every child. That’s why there are only 7 spots in this course.

THE KIDS OSCARS CEREMONY
Children and parents come to a movie theater well-dressed and glamorous. A professional photographer takes pictures of the young stars and their proud parents on the red carpet.
A journalist interviews every kid, and a premiere screening follows. Children are happy to see an accomplishment of their hard and enjoyable work; parents are proud to see their kids on the big screen.
The Oscars Ceremony is led by Nina Ros. There are different nominations according to the number of children, and every kid is awarded a Golden Oscar.
After the official part of the ceremony, there are drinks and appetizers served to everyone.
The Oscars Ceremony is filmed by a professional videographer.

Nina Ros, about the course:
I’ve been working with children for more than 10 years, and I know that they love making up stories and seeing themselves on the screen. CINEMARATHON is designed for children interested in filmmaking and acting. Young creators learn to act on camera, pitch their ideas to the team, write a script, and star in the original short film. Furthermore, children can work with a professional film crew and build their skills in a natural setting.
You don't need any experience in filmmaking to attend. The course is structured from simple to complex, focusing on practical exercises rather than theory. All the activities and weekly assignments help children work on fundamental knowledge of the filming process in a playful way.
At the end of CINEMARATHON, there is The Oscars Ceremony and the premiere screening. Children walk on a red carpet, posing for a professional photographer, give an interview to a journalist, then enjoy themselves on the big screen and have the famous Golden Award.
Artem Lyskov, about the course:
As an experienced acting teacher, lead actor in films, and casting director, I truly believe that this program has the power to change young actors' lives. We are not just teaching them about the technical aspects of filmmaking, but also showing them the professional perspective of acting.
We want to encourage children to discover themselves and their unique personalities, and to understand that the journey of self-discovery is just as important as the end result. We will teach them about the business side of acting, and how to present themselves in the best possible way.
We will also share our secrets of auditioning, and provide them with the tools they need to succeed. And, most importantly, we will help them realize their dreams.
I can't wait to see the transformation in each and every one of our young actors as they discover their talents, gain confidence and shine like the stars they truly are. Thank you for being a part of this journey with us!
OUR TEAM
There will be a professional film crew working with the children during CineMarathon!
